i. What are the countries FOX KIDS & BABY online ship to?
Please bear with us while we work on providing you with better services. Currently, we only ship to Singapore addresses (except Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas South, military and airbases, Lim Chu Kang, Changi Cargo Complex, Airport Logistics Park Singapore (ALPS).
ii. Do you offer the same merchandise online as in Fox Kids stores?
FOX KIDS & BABY online offers you the convenience of shopping at your own leisure. As such, the merchandise online can also be found at the stores. However, we offer different bundle promotions which are not available in the stores.
iii. Do I need to create a customer account to check out?
No, you do not need to create a customer account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest. Alternatively, you can create a customer account so that you don’t need to re-enter your personal information again the next time you shop with us.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
i. Do I have to register to place an order?
You can browse the site without registering. However, if you are making a purchase, you will need to provide us with standard information for order processing and shipping purposes.
ii. Can I place an order via telephone?
At this point, we do not accept orders over the phone. Should you face any issues placing an order, please email us at email@example.com.
i. Does FOX KIDS & BABY online ship to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?
No, we are unable to deliver packages to post office boxes or to a forwarding address.
ii. Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
At this point, we are unable to provide multiple deliveries in one order. For delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders.
iii. Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
7% GST is included in the product prices.
iv. Do I need to sign for my order?
For your protection, a signature is required upon receipt of the package.
v. How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our standard shipping fee is SGD 5.00. Shipping will be free for orders $80 and above.
4. CLICK & COLLECT
i. When will I be able to pick up my order after payment confirmation?
We will process your order and ship to your preferred store within 4-5 business days. You will receive a notification via email that your order is ready for collection.
ii. What do I need to bring along for collection?
For verification purpose please produce a soft/hard copy of the order confirmation email upon collection.
iii. How long will my order be held at the store?
We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Upon this confirmation, your product(s) will be reserved for 14 days. After those 14 days, your products will be returned to our warehouse and there may be additional shipping fees and processing time to redeliver your items.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
i. How do I return an item?
As long as the item is in the original condition with the tags (where relevant), you can fill up the return form and pack your return item(s) in a sealed bag. Just head down to our designated stores at (i) Northpoint City #02-105/106 &123 (ii) Bedok Mall #B1-23 (iii) JEM #04-44 to initiate the return.
ii. How long do I have to return an item?
You will have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

iii. Can I exchange an item?
Please bear with us while we work on providing you with better services. Currently, we only offer exchanges of the same value or higher at our designated FOX KIDS & BABY stores at (i) Northpoint City #02-105/106 &123 (ii) Bedok Mall #B1-23 (iii) JEM #04-44. You will have to present your original invoice for the exchange.
Please note that exchange of sale item(s) is subject to in store & online stock availability.
iv. How long does it take to get my refund?
Please allow up to 4-5 business days for delivery of your return package to our warehouse. We attempt to process all returns within 2 business days of receipt into our warehouse. It may take up to 30 days after we process your return for your bank to make the refund to your credit card.
v. Can I return or exchange a sale item?
You may do return or exchange of the same value or higher for either regular-priced or sale item.
6. ORDER CHANGE OR CANCEL
i. Can I change or cancel my order after I submit it?

7. ORDER DELIVERY
i. How do I know if I am available to accept delivery of the order?
Our appointed courier service will contact you before making the delivery.
8. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We will do our very best to ensure all orders are fulfilled in their entirety. In the unfortunate event when an item becomes unavailable during order fulfillment, an automatic refund of the unavailable item(s) will be made to your initial payment mode and a refund notification email indicating the unavailable item(s) will be sent to you.
9. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
i. What payment methods does FOX KIDS & BABY Online accept?
You can pay your online purchases through our payment partner PayPal who accepts all major credit cards.
ii. Does FOX KIDS & BABY Online retain my credit card information?
For your security, we do not retain your credit card information on our website.

Members are able to earn wt+ points when they shop at FOX KIDS & BABY Online.
Please place the order using your wt+ registered mobile number and email to earn points.
The points will be credited into your account 14 calendar days after the return window has closed.
